Dear Kindergarten families,
The season of Spring is here! We will be learning about new life, how things grow and change in this season of Lent as well as Spring.
Annually, our school participates in a Speech Contest. Kindergarten and First Grade are considered as category 1. The requirements are:
To commit to memory a published poem selection with 4-12 lines. A small prop or one costume item is allowed. click for more info: Speech_Contest_2017
All students must have a poem to recite in class. Help your child choose a poem and practice with them. So we don’t duplicate each other’s poem, please send in a copy or email it to me. If you are having trouble finding a poem -please let me know. I can help!
