Dear Families,

Today is the first day of the third trimester.  Report  cards will go home on March 31.  This Friday is a noon dismissal and school wide centers.  We are collecting any clothes for children in the Dominican Republic.  Please bring any clothes to school Tuesday and Wednesday.

Math:   This week in math we will be focusing on scientific notation and exponential notation. IXL sections for this week are K.6 and K.7

Social Studies:  We will analyze the causes of the French and Indian War and its effects on the Colonies and Britain.  We will also discuss the cause and effects of the Sugar Act.

Science:  We will finish chapter 6 and prepare for our chapter 6 test  will be on Wednesday.

Vocabulary: Unit 8

Grammar: We will be comparing with adverbs  and using good and  well, real and very.

Religion:  We will have Stations of the Cross on Thursday at 2pm.  Please join us if your schedule allows.
