Dear Families,

This is a short week for our class.  Students have Thursday and Friday off this week.  Next Monday we are observing Memorial Day.  Below is an overview of our short week.

Religion:  Our focus this week is Pentecost.

Vocabulary:  Unit 15.

Science:  We will learn how chemical and physical properties of substances are used to separate mixtures and identify compounds.

Math:  We are developing rules for subtracting positive and negative numbers.

Social Studies:  Our focus this week are the Framers at the Philadelphia Convention.
