The Children’s Celebration of the Arts Educational Program was one of our in house outreach programs in May. This art program taught us how to paint as famous French Impressionists did long ago. Selected art work by young artists is exhibited this weekend from local schools in the Ventura area. From our class, Sophia was selected and her painting is on display in the Albinger Archeological Museum on 113 E. Main Street, near the mission. I am proud of all my kindergarten students as they did an amazing job painting with the techniques taught by the docent who visited our class.

All are invited to view these beautiful exhibits this weekend June 6-7, 11am to 4pm.
