Dear Kindergarten Families,

Happy Thanksgiving !!  Hoping everyone enjoys their Thanksgiving Holiday!

We have so much to be thankful for.  Thank you for allowing me to spend time each day teaching and enjoying your children! They are truly a blessing!

A reminder to bring in teddy bears or other plush for Teddy Bear Day on December 5.

 

Our religion focus thanking God for many gifts. To acknowledge that all things have been created by him, belong to him, and through his goodness come to us.

ELA –  Thanksgiving booklets to read and color. As we read time to take notice of sight words, listening for beginning sounds, vowels, and ending sounds. A bit on time each day to print words and simple sentences.

Math- practice with number formation, counting to 100, creating patterns through an art project, and we might have a bit of time to start measurement with the pan balance.

Science – reviewing how animals change … newborn – adult.

Social studies – Thanksgiving today and long ago.

Wednesday is a noon dismissal!
