As part of the construction we all move around, the paving company begins its portion of the replacement of much of the asphalt that covers the parish and school campus.
They begin a bit earlier than suggested as another of their projects is delayed and they have time to work on one section of asphalt here now.
So….from Darling’s entry to the edge of the courts (by the double gates of chain link and the play structure) the paving company begins work to replace Biedermann Way. It will be closed off for about a week.
Fortunately for us, several of those days are not school days.
If you enter or exit at the Darling driveway, please alter your course to Henderson during this time.
The largest change is with the K-5 afternoon exit car line.
We adjust by exiting at the Henderson driveway until the work on Darling is complete. As the four cars of the K-5 dismissal are filled, please take a sharp left and exit to Henderson Road. If it is during the busier part of the two dismissal lines, please avoid trying to turn left onto Henderson Road during this closure of Darling’s driveway.
Neither morning car line is impacted other than the adjustment needed for those who enter from Darling Road.
We appreciate your flexibility as the construction continues into June and past our June 5 Last Day of School.
