Please join in this event by donating items now and throughout the winter! This is an excellent opportunity to complete the service hour and scrip obligation as we complete the first trimester and begin the second.

Hello Sacred Heart School Families,
In a continued effort to raise funds for our school, we begin our second fundraising effort for the 2011-2012 school year, a Running Raffle that starts after the first of the year. The Running Raffle will take place during the winter months with drawings every third Friday so all participants have an increased chance of winning. The more raffle items we have allows for an increased drawing of winning tickets, and the more tickets we sell to our families & friends, the more funds we raise for Sacred Heart School.
We ask for donations of items, cash, and/or scrip to make this fundraising event a success. Some suggestions on raffle items: Electronics-Toys-Backpacks/ Purses/Wallets-Clothing Accessories- Collectables-Watches/Jewelry-Home Goods-Tools-Entertainment Items-Sports Items-Gift Baskets/Gift Cards
We begin collecting items for the Running Raffle now and will continue taking donations during the raffle months. Please bring your donations to the school office or purchase scrip earmarked for the Running Raffle.
**Monetary Contributions earn one service hour for every $10.00 and 3% towards your family scrip obligation on contribution amount.
**Receipts are required for all donated items, and will be credited at the rate of $10.00 per hour toward your service hour obligation.
As a Sacred Heart School PTC Board member, I ask for your help in achieving a successful event. The monies raised help support our school in many ways as seen with the addition of computers, software, projectors, and the recent addition of whiteboards in every classroom. All these endeavors were supported by fundraising events you and your family participated in by volunteering your time, effort, and monetary contributions.
