First Trimester Scrip Reports are included in your December Family Envelope. A part of the annual budget, the school depends on the income from the scrip program, and while participation in the scrip program is voluntary, the $400 annual scrip obligation is part of each family’s tuition commitment.

Many families find that purchasing scrip cards serves as an effective budgeting tool. Gift cards are popular with almost everyone on your Christmas list, and work year-round for birthdays, graduations, and special occasions. Sharing the scrip list with co-workers or your employer for holiday or everyday use helps the school while reducing your scrip balance.

Please review your participation level if your balance is $250.00 or higher. Unchanged balances will be added to the 2017-2018 tuition amounts via FACTS in January, February, or March.

The scrip office is open each school morning from 7:45-8:15, and each school afternoon from 2:30-3:00, or 11:45-12:15 on half day Fridays. During the teacher conferences, scrip personnel will be available until 2:00PM. Scrip sales will also be available prior to the start of the Christmas Program, Wednesday, December  13th, in Biedermann Hall, from 6:00-6:30PM. We will be closed during the Christmas Break.

We welcome and encourage scrip orders from your family and friends, if the order is submitted by a SHS family. Purchase requests from persons unknown to school staff will be declined. Scrip lists may be emailed upon request.
