Please consider your family’s progress in the completion of service hours and the purchasing of scrip as you view the updates enclosed in this month’s Family Envelope.  As part of tuition, every family needs to average 6 service hours and about $125 in scrip “profit” each trimester.  Our thanks to the many families who keep pace and often exceed the requirements in service hours and scrip purchasing!  At this point, balances should show about 9 hours of service completed and about $190 of scrip “profit” generated.  There are ways to complete service hours in the coming months, but if your schedule does not permit a contribution in time, we ask for a payment of $10 for each open service hour from the first half of the school year.  If you are not on a comfortable pace to complete the scrip obligation, please make the payment noted on your summary.  Please contact scrip@sacredheartschoolventura.org or ptcservicehours@sacredheartschoolventura.org for any needed assistance.  Please call the school office, 647.6174, if you would like to add all or a portion of a scrip or service hours’ balance to your FACTS payment.
