Dear Families,

This week is the start of our ITBS testing.  We will be testing  daily in the morning for the next two weeks.  Today we started and the students did a wonderful job!  Please make sure that your child has a good night’s sleep and arrives to school on time.   This Wednesday is our first Free Dress $1.00 for Adopt-A-Family.  Our Parent Meeting is also Wednesday night at 6:30.  This Friday is a noon dismissal.

Below is an overview of our week:

Math- Students will be required to turn in two Acc math assignments this week.

Voc:  Unit 2.  We will have our Unit 2 test next Thursday.

Science:  We will be finishing up Chapter 1 and begin preparing for our first test which will happen after ITBS testing is completed.

Social Studies:  We will have our second States Test this Thursday.

ELA:  Will continue our work with compound predicates and we will begin writing our Opinion Essay.

Religion:  We will be looking at proverbs  in the Bible.
