Dear Families,

We will be going on our first field trip next Tuesday, October 4th.  We will be going to the Skirball Center Museum.  We will explore what immigrants experienced when they came to America.  This Friday is a noon dismissal.

Math:    We will be taking our Unit 1 test on Monday.  We will then begin Unit 2  IXL sections this week are C.11, Lattice Multiplication and C.8 Estimate the Product.  We will learn to develop estimation strategies.

Social Studies:  We will analyze the culture of the Northwest Coast Native Americans in relation to their resources.

Science:  We review chapter 1 and preparing for our chapter 1 test next Wednesday.

Religion: Baptism Unites Us with the Christian Community.

Vocabulary:  Unit 2

Grammar:  We will begin reviewing for our Unit 6 test which will be next Monday.
