Every year, Sacred Heart School participates in the national spelling bee with this year’s Bee showing some of the adjustments the 2020-2021 school year requires.
Several students from each class in grades 4-7, and all who elect from 8th grade, will compete in our online setting.
Following their Christmas vacation and early January preparation, spellers remain in the rotation as they spell correctly until only two are left. Intense throughout, the spell-off moments are extremely so!

Competition for our winner continues in the Ventura County Spelling Bee and other bees that lead to the big one in Washington DC.
