Last Friday morning, our Spelling Bee lasted almost until it was time for our Noon Dismissal with our winner, 6th grader, Susie D, surviving the final tumultuous rounds to win. This is Susie’s first win in our school bee in the first year she attends our school! Susie’s competition, 8^th grader, Andreas R and 5th grader, Leila M proved worthy opponents as they battled through several final rounds. Susie will begin her preparation to participate in the Ventura County Spelling Bee.
