As we anticipate the predicted strong winds on Wednesday, we move The Living Stations INDOORS to church, and to allow for proper numbering, there are two presentations.
Kindergarten and their buddies from 4th grade, 3rd grade, and 5th grade attend the morning presentation at 10:15a. Family members and guests from these grades will sit in church as numbers allow or may sit under the new blue canopy.
1st grade and their buddies from 6th grade, and 2nd grade and their buddies from 7th grade attend the afternoon presentation at 1:15p. Again, family members and guests from these grades will sit in church as numbers allow or may sit under the new blue canopy.
Family members and guests of the 8th grade may attend the morning or afternoon presentation
The 8th grade class presents Living Stations of the Cross on Wednesday, March 31 to close the Lenten season and our school week as we depart for The Easter Break. The class reenacts the Passion of Christ by acting out each station. The readers explain the events of each station and describe the suffering and pain He suffers on Good Friday so we can relate each to our lives today. Every 8th grade actor and reader provides our students, staff, and guests with a clear view of the events of Good Friday during this reverent paraliturgy.
