Dear Kindergarten Families,

I am proud of your children and how they have adapted to working daily with Zoom. Seesaw activities are a part of our daily participation. I see great work coming in each day with the Seesaw platform.

Religion lessons this week “Butterflies are Good” our Religion text pages 121 – 126.

Monday new sorts. Phonics we will review short vowels words and the new sound of /u/ and word part ‘ug’. And reading for fluency.

Tuesday – Mystery Science – we will need the Butterfly pattern and card. Look in the new packet for the templates.

Wednesday we will do activities related to Earth Day.

Each day we follow the same basic schedule. Math will be at the same time, but change a bit. My plan is to have your children rotate skills every three days. Counting money, basic math facts, and telling time and elapsed time are the three skills we will work on.

As you have heard are some very fun changes are coming this week! Please continue to check your email for new Zoom numbers with the addition of music and an assembly!
