Dear Families,

I hope everyone enjoyed their long weekend.  The fifth grade class is going to be very busy this week.  I will not be here Thursday, January 20 through Tuesday January 25.  We are blessed to have Mrs. Sabatino as our sub.  I expect everything to go well.

Below is an overview of the week:

Voc: We will be working on unit 8

Spelling: We will be working on unit 19

English:  We will review this week for our unit 7 test this Thursday

Math:  We begin our work with fractions

Lit:  We will be reading the story “Daddy”

Social Studies:  We will continue working on Chapter 4.

Science:  This week we will finish our work on Chapter 4. We will have our science test next Thursday.

Religion:  We are going to start to learn about the order of the mass.
