Hello-

Reconciliation was a success!  The children were all great.  We will continue to prepare for our next sacrament, First Communion.

Homework: Reading Log;Fluency; Math Worksheet (They will receive their worksheet tomorrow) Students will need to memorize their poems.

Religion:  I sent home FAQ’s for First Communion and an assignment to write a LOVE LETTER to your child before First communion.  We continue discussing the parts of the Mass.

Math: We continue reviewing addition/subtractions with and without regrouping. We have started working with array/multiplication using addition.

Reading:  We will review all the reading skills we have worked so far this year.  Please allow your child to read aloud at home.

Writing: We will begin opinion writing.

Spelling: Some students began a new sort and others will stay in the same sort.  Please look in their planners for current sort.

Grammar: Singular and Plural Nouns/ Collective Nouns

Social Studies: Caring for the Earth

Science: Force and Motion
