Our week in 4thgrade…
Math: We are beginning Unit 5 and will be taking a closer look at multiplication and division.
ELA:
-Writing: We are jumping right back into our writing as we look for evidence to support our claims in our essay writing.
-Reading: We are beginning our nonfiction unit. Please help by encouraging nonfiction books at home! We are writing 7 sentences in cursive for our second trimester RRJ. Remember nightly homework is to read 20-30 minutes but our RRJ is 1 time a week! We will begin alternating fiction and nonfiction responses in a few weeks!
-Spelling: Please check your student’s daily planner for their spelling words this week.
Social Studies: We are in our review week for Chapter 3. We will take our test on Friday.
Science:We are hoping to do another Mystery Science this week!
Religion:This week we work on Chapter 15 and focus on our 5thCommandment – Thou Shall Not Kill.

Wednesday: Math Worksheet – RRJ – Study for Spelling Test
Thursday: Math Worksheet – RRJ – Study for Religion Quiz and Social Studies Test
