Our week in 4thgrade…
Math: We are taking a little break from new content this week. Instead we will be focusing all of our math classes on mastering our multiplication facts. Please help at home by using our fact triangles or flashcards, IXL skills from previous grades, and even games!
ELA:
-Writing: We are continuing our writing. We are adding lists to our writing as we continue to build evidence to support our claims.
-Reading: We are working on our nonfiction unit. Please help by encouraging nonfiction books at home! We are writing 7 sentences in cursive for our second trimester RRJ. Remember nightly homework is to read 20-30 minutes but our RRJ is 1 time a week! We will begin alternating fiction and nonfiction responses next week!
-Spelling: Please check your student’s daily planner for their spelling words this week.
Social Studies: We are working on our mission projects this week!
Science:We are getting back to our textbooks this week.
Religion:This week we work on Chapter 17.
