Dear Fourth Grade Families,
Here’s our week in 4thgrade…
Math: We are beginning Unit 7 this week. We are working on fraction review and probability this week
ELA:
-Writing: We have started work on our Palmisano essays!
-Reading: We are continuing our Reading Responses. Remember nightly homework is to read 20-30 minutes! In class we are working on researching a topic
-Vocabulary: We are on our second week of Unit 12. Remember that these words are available on SpellingCity.com for practice. We will be taking our test next week.
-Spelling: Spelling Words come from Unit 25 this week. Our test will be on Friday
Social Studies:We are reviewing our third chapter in our books as we prepare for our Social Studies test on Thursday.
Science:We are working from our chapter on Rocks and Minerals. We will be studying the rock cycle this week.
Religion:We are working from Chapter 19 this week. We are discussing how to speak the truth with love.
Homework:
Monday: Reading Response Journals – Math Worksheet
Tuesday: Reading Response Journals – Math Worksheet
Wednesday: Reading Response Journals – IXL Math Skill V.1
Thursday: Reading Response Journals –Math Worksheet
School Notices:
- Library will be on Wednesday
- Friday is a noon dismissal day of school!
