Dear First Grade Families-
Last week was a challenging week and one I truly feel that we were able to navigate through it together beautifully! We enjoyed the sunny and warm days and we ended our week by having popsicles with the whole school on Thursday afternoon. And a beautiful Color Run on Friday morning. Thank you to all who came to help and cheer! It was one of the best!
Work this last week was a review of endings in reading: ing, ly, es, and s. We also continued reading about our earth.
Math: Reviewed adding 3 numbers and scooping up those numbers that make ten first.
Religion: God gives us peace: through prayer, good works, and quiet reflection.
Spelling: Thank you all who are working at home reviewing weekly words.
