Dear Families,

This week will be a short week.  Thursday is a noon dismissal and the beginning of our Easter vacation.  I hope everyone has a Blessed Easter and enjoys time with loved ones.  I was very proud of our students on our field trip last week.  The students did a great job!

Below is an overview for our week:

Voc: Unit 13.

Spelling: Unit 23.  Our test will be this Thursday.

Math: In math we our focus will be on estimating products.  We will have a vocabulary quiz on Tuesday.  The words for the quiz were given to the students last week.

Social Studies: Chapter 7.  We will be analyzing the differences that divided Britain and its colonies.

Science: Our chapter 8 test will be on Tuesday. The students did an incredible job with our Lego Lab last week.

Religion: Our focus this week will be Holy Week.  We will be going to mass on Wednesday at 8:30.  Please join us if you can.

English: This week we will be focusing on quotation marks.

Literature: This week we will be reading The House of Dies Drear.
