The 8th grade has spent many lessons studying and applying the Catholic virtues. They understand the Theological and Cardinal virtues and have discussed ways to apply them to their everyday lives. They are looking forward to sharing the children story books they wrote and illustrated for each virtue with the primary grades next week.
The 6th grade just finished the chapter on ancient Mesopotamia and Babylonia. For the final activity the students created articles featuring events and people from the region and time. The class had a great time acting as reporters and delivering the urgent news about angry gods and murdered kings!
