I hope everyone had a restful and enjoyable Christmas break.

Our week in 4thgrade…

Math: We are beginning Unit 5! We begin by looking at multiplication facts and estimation.

ELA:

-Reading: Remember nightly homework is to read 20-30 minutes! We will be picking up our RRJs next week! We are also starting our second unit in reading – Nonfiction!

-Writing: We are starting our second unit in writing – Personal Essays!

-Spelling: We will have no spelling this week!

Social Studies:We are jumping into chapter 3 – Missions and Mexican Rule! This is also the kickoff of our mission projects, which we aim to finish by the end of February.

Science:We will begin Science next week! 

Religion:We are looking at our third commandment and learning ways in which we can help to keep the Sabbath holy.
