Dear Kindergarten Parents and Families,
Plants has been our science focus. Included in this week’s homework is a science booklet, “Plants” started in class Thursday. Read and discuss it with your child. Coloring should be finished and on the last page, draw products from plants and animals. I have included a math work sheet to review hour and minute concepts. And a bit of fun, ‘Lucky Leprechaun’ a worksheet to label and color. Do the bonus work, if desired.

Reading log must be returned on Thursday to earn tickets for school drawing.
Calendar concepts are a challenge, Starfall has an interactive calendar – that is quite helpful. When in Starfall, have your child read the Clover story and list on reading log. A Leprechaun puzzle is linked below. Change puzzle cut to 20 pieces or under to keep frustration at a minimum. Lastly, our class has voted for Snakes and Ladders to be included in the website learning games.
