Dear Families,

Happy New Year!  I hope everyone had a restful Christmas vacation.  This Friday is a full day.  We are having our Spelling Bee on Friday at 12:30.  Please join us if  your schedule allows.  Below is an overview of the week:

Math: We are starting unit 4.  We will be reviewing multiplication and division facts.  There is no IXL sections this week.

Vocabulary:  Unit 5.  We will have our unit 5 test next Tuesday the 10th.

Grammar:  Our focus this week is on future simple tense and linking verbs.

Social Studies:  We are finishing our chapter of explorers.  We will be taking our test next Wednesday.

Religion:  We will be talking about the Epiphany this week.

Science:  We will continue learning about the digestive system.
