Your children are doing a great job thinking and helping others, we are adding to our intentions as we start the day, giving deeper thought and prayer to the people of our world.
We will attend the Stations of the Cross on Wednesday afternoon at 1:50, join us if you can!
Academics
Language Arts
- review of nouns, articles and pronouns
- daily print practice, spacing and punctuation
- letter sounds and sight words
Math
- place value – keep using that number grid!
- use of number line for addition to 20 and subtraction within 10
We continue to snack from our garden, a keeping a close eye on a couple caterpillars, and two chrysalis are just about ready to become butterflies!
Homework
Read nightly and look for sight words. Use the Starfall booklet, A Rainbow and circle the sight words. Do the Wonder, Draw and Tell paper. Note: we did a paper in class for an example of how well your child can do! There is a review math counting paper with teen numbers. Have your child color at least one row of frogs, please.
