7th graders have been learning about light and livings things in science and in our lab we had to reflect a light ray around an obstacle to our intended target. Of course, we had to explain how we were able to do this using the law of reflection and absorption and scattering.

8th graders are learning about motion in science. We’ve timed ourselves walking at different speeds, we’ve played with skateboards and ramps and now are applying what we’ve learned to slope calculations.
