6th Grade- The Sixth Grade Musical World Tour is moving on! We leave the wonderful African Nations like Senegal, Mali, and South Africa, and head northward to Europe. For the next few weeks, we will study the Six Periods of Western Classical Music. Students will create note cards using the Study Droid Application on their Kindle Fire.
7th Grade- The Seventh Grade students have worked since the start of the school year to present a musical! The performance date is 10/31/12 in Biedermann Hall at 1p. There will not be an evening performance of their masterpiece so try to make arrangements to attend now!
8th Grade- Eighth Grade students have all been given a harmonica so they can play one of America’s most famous folk instruments. Though our Blues unit is drawing to a close, please encourage your student to continue playing the harmonica as the performance test is still on the horizon. Have they played for you lately?!
