Dear Families,

Pre sale for Thanksgiving donuts begins this week.  This is a fundraiser for Adopt a Family.  The is a one donut limit.  The price is $2.00 per donut and the donuts will be delivered on Friday, November 16th.   On Thursday we are having a free dress for our Flag Retirement ceremony.  Please have your students wear patriotic colors.  This Friday is a noon dismissal.  There is no school on Monday, November 12th for Veterans Day.  Below is an overview for the week:

Math:  We are reviewing the partial quotients division algorithm with whole numbers.

Science: Our focus this week is on the sequential steps of digestion.

Vocabulary:  Unit 4.  We are having our Unit 4 test next Tuesday.

Grammar:  A compound subject has two or more simple subjects that share the same predicate.

Religion:  We Celebrate God’s Healing Love.

Social Studies: This Wednesday we are taking our next States Test.  We are also having our Chapter 2 test on Friday.
