Dear Families,

I hope everyone had a restful weekend. This Tuesday Progress Reports will go home in the Family Envelope. On Thursday we will have an Earthquake Safety Drill at 10:30. Thursday October 29 is Picture Day. Below please see an overview of our week:

Math: We are finishing up Unit 1 and are focusing on Prime Factorization this week.

Social Studies: Our focus is on steps people take today to help themselves live in a dry environment

Religion: Chapter 3, Baptism Unites Us with the Christian Community.

Science: We will learn all about hurricanes.

Vocabulary: Unit 2

Workshops: We are focusing on writing personal narratives from our own point of view.
