Dear Families,

Happy Halloween! This Friday is our Saints Parade.  Please join us in the church at 8:30 if your schedule allows.  Our class will be having an on campus field trip with a program called “RAYS”.  Our Program is on November 10th.  The cost is $8.00.

Math:   We are reviewing and providing practice with the lattice method for whole numbers and decimals.   Our IXL sections this week are E.1, Understanding exponents and E.2, Evaluate exponents.

Grammar:  We are taking our Unit 1 test on Tuesday.  We will then begin Unit 2.

Vocabulary:  Unit 3.  We will have our Unit 3 test next  Tuesday, November 8th.

Religion:  Confirmation is the Sacrament of the Holy Spirit.

Social Studies:  We will focus on how the Aztecs adopted ideas from the Mayans and how they built a vast empire.

Science: We will discuss the difference between vascular and non vascular plants.  We will have our test next Monday.
