WE NEED COLORS for FREE DRESS!!

A Sacred Heart School tradition is to begin the LAST WEEK OF SCHOOL with a School “Families” Field Day after lunch.

The 8th Grade hosts this event and plans a themed color scheme for it. This year the theme centers on Animals, Birds, Insects, and Fish. Let’s just say Living Creatures.

Each school family will dress in the color(s) that represent these Living Creatures. Please check with your child(ren)’s teacher(s) if anyone is unsure of their Family #.

Family 1:  elephant- gray

Family 2:  tiger – orange

Family 3:  dolphin – light blue

Family 4:  chameleon – any color

Family 5:  jellyfish – purple

Family 6:  frog – green

Family 7:  tiger – orange

Family 8:  flamingo – pink

Family 9:  cardinal – red

Family 10:  peacock – turquoise

Family 11:  wasp – yellow

Family 12:  polar bear – white

Family 13:  turtle – light green

Family 14:  bald eagle – red, white, blue

Family 15:  otter – brown

Family 16:  sheep – white

Family 17:  panther – black

A parade is the start of the Field Day activities and seeing the parade line in all the various color schemes is fun.

Musical chairs, Basketball Relay/Knockout, Cornhole, Jump Rope/Hula Hoop, Red Light/ Green Light, Parachute, Octopi, Four Square, and Heads-Up Seven-up are the planned activities and all finish with a popsicle!
