We will be going to Mass as a school this Wednesday, and on Friday we have our annual Jogathon!
ACADEMICS
- Religion: We will be continuing the Beatitudes, learning what it means to show mercy and to be a peacemaker. Quiz on Thursday
- Social studies: We will learn how California became a state.
- Science: We will discuss ways that humans can conserve our ecosystems.
- Spelling: New sort this week! Spelling test on Thursday.
- No RRJ this week
- Math: We will finish work on Unit 8 this week; the test will be next Monday. Students are to continue making corrections in their math journals.
- Writer’s Workshop: We continue working on our Compare and Contrast literary essays. Published drafts will be due by the end of the week. We begin our final writing unit next Monday.
