Dennis Uniform and Proforma are the two companies used to purchase all new uniform items for Sacred Heart School. Both are “brick and mortars” but heavily encourage the use of their online ordering platforms.
Three times a year, we hold a Used Uniform Sale with our first on Wednesday, August 7 from 4-5:30p.
Dennis Uniform supplies all boys’ pants and shorts, and all girls’ skirts, skorts, jumpers, pants, and shorts. The Dennis Uniform store is located in Woodland Hills and is open daily Tuesday-Saturday and closed on Sunday and Monday. You can order by phone or online as well as visiting the store. Please use scrip to make your purchases both online and in store. Dennis often offers online sales that provide no shipping charge throughout the school year. Proforma supplies all boys’ and girls’ shirts, sweatshirts, sweaters, jackets, and PE clothes. Please remember kindergarten students do not need PE clothes and 8th grade students create a sweatshirt specific to The Class of 2020. The 8th grade sweatshirt order form will be available the first full week of school. Please note Proforma carries a long-sleeved PE shirt and regular uniform shirt for girls and boys in all grades. These prevent the wearing of long-sleeved undershirts with short-sleeved PE or regular shirts on cooler days. The Proforma store is located in Ventura, but prefers online ordering. They understand families with new students may need to visit the store for sizing, but those families can take advantage of our Used Uniform Sale on August 7 for sizing. Scrip for Proforma is not required as Proforma returns a portion of the sale to our scrip program. Please turn in your receipt at the scrip office for credit to your account. Your online order avoids shipping charges by having your purchases dropped at school for you or your student(s) to pick up. The link to Proforma is on the homepage among the Friends of SHS.
