Dennis Uniform and Proforma are the two companies used to purchase all new uniform items for Sacred Heart School. Both are “brick and mortars” but heavily encourage the use of their online ordering platforms.

We hold a Used Uniform Sale at various times during the school year and our first is on Wednesday, August 17 from 2:30-4:30p.

Dennis Uniform supplies what we often refer to as “the bottoms” and that includes all boys’ pants and shorts, and all girls’ skirts, skorts, jumpers, pants, and shorts.  The Dennis Uniform store is located in Woodland Hills and is open daily Tuesday-Saturday and closed on Sunday and Monday. 

You can order by phone or online, as well as visiting the store. While no longer part of tuition, the use of scrip to make your purchases both online and in store is encouraged.

During the school year, Dennis often offers online sales with no shipping charges.

Proforma supplies all boys’ and girls’ shirts, sweatshirts, sweaters, jackets, and PE clothes.  Please note that kindergarten-8th grade students wear PE clothes on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

For 8th grade students, please note the class creates a sweatshirt specific to The Class of 2023, and the order form will be available the first full week of school.

Proforma carries a long-sleeved PE and regular uniform shirt for girls and boys in all grades.  These prevent the wearing of long-sleeved undershirts with short-sleeved PE or regular shirts on cooler days. 

The Proforma store is located in Ventura, but online ordering is preferred.  They understand families with new students may need to visit the store for sizing for the initial visit. 

Scrip for Proforma is not required as Proforma returns a portion of the sale to our scrip program; please turn in your receipt at the scrip office for credit to your account.

Your online order avoids shipping charges by having your purchases dropped at school for you or your student(s) to pick up.
