Dear Second Grade Families,
Thank you for all your support for the Fiesta. All the grades, especially second graders, did a great job singing.
We have begun to receive FLAT PERSON mail…very exciting. We will be making Halloween cards and writing letters to our hosts this week in class!
Friday, ALMOST HALLOWEEN EVE DAY, (10/29), the students will have an opportunity to wear Halloween accessories with uniform bottoms, (ex: Halloween themed shirts, jewelry, hats, socks, etc. No costumes). Halloween tattoos will be sold and applied by the upper grades. They will be $1.00 each, (limit 2). “Tattoos to go” will also be sold, 2/$1.00. The money collected will help our 1st trimester mission project, LA Archdiocese ‘Adopt a Family’ for Christmas. There will be other Halloween activities that day also.
ALSO…October Book-It and the October Homework Calendar are due this Friday, (10/29).
