We are in the home stretch of Trimester 2. Progress Reports are scheduled to go home on Tuesday, March 31st. In the mean time though, there remains much to be done…
Math: The class will continue Unit 7 with lessons 7.3-7.6.

Vocabulary: We will begin Unit 14. Our next vocabulary quiz will be next Friday.
Grammar: Students will continue with Unit 4 focusing this week on Lesson 27.
Reading: It time for the annual SHS Speech Contest! Each student must commit to memory one 12-15 line published poem that (s)he will recite in class the week of April 20-24th. More detailed instructions have been e-mailed to you.

Science: The class will continue Chapter 5, “Cycles and Patterns in Space,” focusing on the sun, stars and constellations. The chapter test is scheduled for Tuesday, March 24th.
Religion: We will focus our studies on Chapter 22: God Blesses Contrite Hearts. Click here for the Chapter 22 Study Guide. Wednesday afternoon the class will attend the Stations of the Cross at 2:00. All interested parties are welcome to join us.
