This week in 4th grade we have been discussing God’s mercy. We know that we are not perfect and we make mistakes on our journey to eternal life with God in heaven. However, when we recognize our mistakes, are truly sorry, and recommit ourselves to God, we are forgiven. As a class, we each wrote a line from our Act of Contrition prayer and now have it up on our bulletin board so that we may be reminded to always seek God’s forgiveness.
