Dear Second Grade Families,
We are on our last week of our 1st trimester. A little reminder, Teddy Bear Day is around the corner (December 5th). Donate a Bear on “Teddy Bear Day” for Adopt-a-Family. You may send in the teddy bear with the tag on as soon as you have purchased the teddy bear. This will remind and encourage others to do the same.

Spelling Test: This week’s sort will last until next Wednesday.
Religion: We completed our Unit 1 test today. We will begin Unit 2, Jesus Calls Us to Give Ourselves in Love. We will be learning the 10 commandments during this unit.
LANGUAGE ARTS:
Reading: We are working on good reading habits.
Grammar: Common and Proper nouns/Capitalization
MATH: Please continue working on time and money at home.
Social Studies: Thanksgiving
Art: Ms. Spooner will be in this week to give us a lesson.
