We begin our Catholic Schools week on Friday with a Mass and Parent Appreciation Day. Please join us in Church at 8:30 a.m. Refreshments and classroom visits will be after Mass.

RELIGION: We started our memorization of the Act of Contrition a few months ago. Please practice at home. We will continue discussing the difference between sin and temptation. Is temptation a sin?
LANGUAGE ARTS:
READING: We will continue with the story, The Boxcar Children. Our strategy this week is summarizing.

SPELLING: Your child should be studying the same spelling words assigned last week. Your child will be taking their test on Thursday.
MATH: Our math test will be next Tuesday. We need an extra few days to practice rounding (ballpark estimation) and adding two two-digit numbers and showing our work.
SCIENCE/SOCIAL STUDIES: Weathering of Rocks/People who lead our country
