Our week in 4thgrade…
Math: We are continuing with Unit 2! This week we are focusing on vocabulary words for collecting data and addition of multidigit number using the Partial Sums method and the Column Addition method.
ELA:
-Writing: We are continuing with our virtual writing lessons.
-Reading: We are continuing with our virtual reading lessons. Remember to keep up with our Reading Response Journals! If you have any questions please contact me. Remember nightly homework is to read 20-30 minutes!
-Spelling: Remember to look in your students Daily Planner for their spelling words.
Social Studies:We are beginning our second chapter in social studies! We will be learning about California Indians.
Science:We will be putting the final touches on our ecosystem project as well as begin review for our first science test on Thursday.
Religion:We begin our fifth chapter in our religion books: We Are Called to Follow Jesus.
Homework:
Monday: IXL Math Skill A.4 – RRJ
Tuesday: SMJ p. 41 – RRJ`
Wednesday: IXL Math Skill I.6 – RRJ – Study for Spelling and Science Test
Thursday: SMJ p. 44 – Study for our Religion quiz
