Dear Fourth Grade Families,
Here’s our week in 4thgrade…
Math: We are wrapping up Unit 6 as we spend our final days reviewing division and reading grids. Our test will be on Friday.
ELA:
-Reading: We are continuing our Reading Responses. Remember nightly homework is to read 20-30 minutes! In class we are working on researching a topic – Our missions!
-Vocabulary: We are on our second week of Unit 11. Remember that these words are available on SpellingCity.com for practice. We will be taking our test this week.
-Spelling: There are no new spelling words this week.
Social Studies:We are continuing our third chapter in our books. In addition, we are putting the finishing touches on our mission projects! Our school fair is Wednesday from 6-7pm in Biedermann Hall.
Science:We are working from our chapter on Rocks and Minerals. We start the week with a lab on Earths layers and hope to finish with a video!
Religion:We are workin from Chapter 18 this week. We are discussing how to respect God’s gifts of the Earth.
Homework:
Tuesday: Reading Response Journals – Math Worksheet
Wednesday: Reading Response Journals
Thursday: Reading Response Journals –Math Worksheet
School Notices:
- Library will be on Wednesday
- School Fair is Wednesday in Biedermann Hall
- Friday is a full day of school!
