Dear Families,

I hope everyone had a peaceful Christmas vacation. This Friday is a full day of school. We will have the Spelling Bee on Friday at 12:30. Please join us if your schedule allows. Below is an overview of our week.

Math: Division of Decimal Numbers. Starting this week we will be having IXL math for homework. The section this week is H.1., Division facts to 12. The students have a week to complete this section. This is in addition to the three Accelerated Math packets that are due by Friday.

Social Studies: Chapter 5. We will be learning about the New England and Middle Colonies. Our next States test will be next Tuesday.

Religion: This week we will be discussing the passages, The Samaritan Woman and when Jesus met Nicodemus.

Science: Chapter 9

Grammar: Our focus this week will be direct objects, present, past, and future tense verbs.
