Dear Families,

This week we have a noon dismissal on Friday. On Wednesday we are having a Free Dress day for $1. On Thursday for Halloween we are have a Free Dress day at no charge. No costumes please. Students may pre order Halloween Tattoos this week. Tattoos are $1 each. Students may buy as many as they wish. Please see below for an overview of our week:

Religion: Unit 1 Review

Math: We will review compass skills and review the different types of angles.

Science: To function properly living things need the nutrients found in food. The digestive system breaks down food to release these nutrients.

Vocabulary: Unit 4

Grammar: The unit this week focuses on prepositions and prepositional phrases.

Word Works: Students will be taking their spelling test on Thursday. Students can find their words on SpellingCity.com and in their planners.

Social Studies: We will describe te shortcomings of Martin Behaim’s globe.

IXL: Math X.1 find the mode. Language Arts Y.4 find the antonym.
