Sneak Peek to our Academic Week
Math: We work towards the end of Unit 9, continuing with 2 digits x 2 digits. Then, we will step into working with positive and negative numbers!
Reading: We will continue working in our research clubs, where each group works together to research a specific animal. We will use our non-fiction reading skills as we collaborate!
Writing: Fairytale Writing! This week we will become familiar with classic fairytales and then read adaptations of those fairytales. In this unit, we will adapt our own fairytales.
Word Work: Spelling words can be found on spellingcity.com. Spelling tests are to be taken this Thursday.
Religion: Chapter 17- Jesus Christ Is Lord and King. We will discuss that Jesus returned to heavenly glory at the Ascension.
Science: This week we will learn all about the water cycle.
Social Studies: We continue working through our unit on American Indians!
