Our week in 4thgrade…
Math: We are wrapping up Unit 5 this week. We will be reviewing rounding with big numbers, introduce exponents, and review lattice and partial products methods. Our test will be on Thursday of this week! Don’t forget to practice our multiplication facts!
ELA:
-Writing: We are working on our opinion writing as we start to gather more topic ideas and begin writing.
-Reading: Reading Responses are due each week. This week we look at nonfiction texts. Remember to see our example in our journals for help!
-Spelling: Our test will be on Thursday this week!
Social Studies:We will not be starting a new unit, but instead continue work on our mission project!
Science: This week we will get back into our science books.
Religion:We are working on chapter 15 in our religion books this week: We Respect the Gift of Life.

Monday: Math Worksheet – Reading Response Journal
Tuesday: Math Worksheet – Reading Response Journal
Wednesday: Math Worksheet – Reading Response Journal – Study for Spelling & Math Tests
Thursday: Study for Religion Quiz
Upcoming School Notices:

Tuesday and Thursday are PE days
We will not be going to the library this week.
Friday is a noon dismissal.
