Dear Fourth Grade Families,

Here is our week in 4thgrade…

Math: We are wrapping up our lessons from Unit 2! This week we continue our focus on subtraction of multidigit numbers. By the end of the week we will be taking our math test

ELA:

-Writing: We are continuing our realistic fiction writing. This week we are continuing to focus on how to use dialogue and descriptions to develop the events and responses of our characters.

-Reading: Remember to keep up with our Reading Response Journals! If you have any questions please contact me. Remember nightly homework is to read 20-30 minutes!

-Vocabulary: We are on our first week of Unit 4. Remember that these words are available on SpellingCity.com for practice.

-Spelling: We are working from Unit 7. Again, we have 25 words written in our daily planners but we will only be tested on 20. We will be taking our test later this week. Remember that these words are also available on SpellingCity.com
